Building a new revenue stream in dental sleep medicine is not something you need to do alone.

You can do it that way if you want. But it’s not recommended if you’re looking for the most direct path to success.

Each month, at our Dental Sleep Blueprint events, we walk through how the system works that helps you attract patients, treat patients and get paid.

But that’s not generally where we start when I’m talking to a doctor. While understanding “how it works” is important, there’s something even more important to address before that:

And that is, HOW sleep should fit into helping you reach the goals you have for your practice and your life.

For example, how many days per week do you want to work? If you only want to work 3 days per week but you also want to generate $1.5 million per year, you’d need a certain mixture of sleep revenue and revenue from dentistry to make that happen.

When do you want to retire? If you’re already having issues with your hands, back or neck but you still need 15 years to put yourself in the right financial position, then developing an additional revenue stream from sleep sooner than later is key. (For the record, you could have painful arthritis in your hands and still be successful in sleep. It comes with none of the “wear and tear” of traditional dentistry.)

Designing this revenue stream the right way for you is extremely important.

That’s why we offer these times on our calendar. So we can begin with that discussion. You tell me about your practice, the financial goals you’ve set for yourself and the lifestyle you want to achieve. Then we put the puzzle together so you can see how sleep can fit into the overall picture.

We have our last in-person event of the year coming up in Austin on November 6 and 7.
