In this week’s issue, I want to share with you a message we got recently from an IAOS Member. Understand our company is Restfull, and IAOS is the division that handles the sleep courses we offer throughout the country.
Here’s what he sent us. (I kept his name confidential to protect his privacy.)
“In case you haven’t heard, I told my dental partner on Monday that it’s time an associate takes over clinically for me so I can go full time sleep. And as I reflect on that, I just wanted to take a moment and say, thank you. There’s no chance I would be in this spot today without IAOS […] Your system works, and I’m grateful for it.”
There is nothing better than getting messages like this. Not because it makes us look good (although we like that too!), but because it’s proof that sleep, done the way we teach it, is a viable opportunity to live whatever dream it is you have for your career in dentistry.
Everyone has a different dream. Some love working with their hands, some want to be their own boss, some want to be a professional who works a few days a week and has plenty of money to enjoy the rest of the time.
It doesn’t matter what your dream is, it only matters that you have one and that you choose a path where you can make it real without constant stress.
Dreams aren’t just for thinking about, they are for LIVING.
